- From Junbi, pivot left 90 degrees into a walking stance and execute a left-handed low block.
- Step forward into a walking stance and execute a middle-focus right punch.
- Pivot right 180 degrees into a walking stance and execute a right-handed low block.
- Step forward into a walking stance and execute a middle-focus left punch.
- Pivot left 90 degrees to your left, stepping your left foot forward into a long stance/left-handed low block. Throw a reverse middle-focus right punch on the same count.
- Bring your right foot forward then pivot 90 degrees to your right into a walking stance. Execute a reverse out-to-in hammer block with your left hand.
- Step forward with your left foot and execute a reverse middle-focus right punch.
- Pivot 180 degrees to your left and step into a walking stance with your left foot forward. Execute a reverse out-to-in hammer block with your right hand.
- Step forward with your right foot and execute a reverse middle-focus left punch.
- Pivot right 90 degrees to your right, stepping your right foot forward into a long stance/right-handed low block. Throw a reverse middle-focus left punch on the same count.
- Bring your left foot forward then pivot 90 degrees to your left into a walking stance. Execute a left-handed high block.
- Execute a front kick with the ball of your right foot.
- Land with your right foot forward in a walking stance. As you land, execute a middle-focus right punch.
- Pivot 180 degrees to your right, landing in a walking stance with your right foot forward. Execute a right-handed high block.
- Execute a front kick with the ball of your left foot.
- Land with your left foot forward in a walking stance. As you land, execute a middle-focus left punch.
- Pivot 90 degrees to your right while stepping your left foot forward into a long stance/left-handed low block.
- Step forward with your right foot into a long stance. Execute a middle-focus right punch while Giyaping.
