    Taegeuk Ee Jang
    1. From Junbi, pivot left 90 degrees into a walking stance and execute a left-handed low block.
    2. Step forward into a long stance and execute a middle-focus right punch.
    3. Pivot right 180 degrees into a walking stance and execute a right-handed low block.
    4. Step forward into a long stance and execute a middle-focus left punch.
    5. Pivot left 90 degrees and step your left foot forward into a walking stance. Execute a reverse out-to-in right-handed hammer block.
    6. Step your right foot forward into a walking stance and execute a reverse out-to-in left-handed hammer block.
    7. Pivot left 90 degrees into a walking stance and execute a left-handed low block.
    8. Execute a front kick with the ball of your right foot.
    9. Step your right foot forward into a long stance while executing a high-focus right punch.
    10. Pivot right 180 degrees into a walking stance and execute a right-handed low block.
    11. Execute a front kick with the ball of your left foot.
    12. Step your left foot forward into a long stance while executing a high-focus left punch.
    13. Pivot left 90 degrees into a walking stance and execute a left-handed high block.
    14. Step your right foot forward into a walking stance and execute a right-handed high block.
    15. Pivot 270 degrees to your left, stepping your left foot into a walking stance. Execute a reverse out-to-in hammer block with your right hand.
    16. Pivot 180 degrees to your right, stepping your right foot into a walking stance. Execute a reverse out-to-in hammer block with your left hand.
    17. Pivot 90 degrees to your left, stepping your left foot forward into a walking stance. Execute a left-handed low block.
    18. Execute a front kick with the ball of your right foot.
    19. Step your right foot forward into a walking stance while executing a middle-focus right punch.
    20. Execute a front kick with the ball of your left foot.
    21. Step your left foot forward into a walking stance while executing a middle-focus left punch.
    22. Execute a front kick with the ball of your right foot.
